EU withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers in the EU may have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. Digital platform access delivered immediately after payment may be excluded from withdrawal where you gave express prior consent at checkout.

Subscriptions

Cancel Connoisseur Monthly or Grand Cru Annual anytime via Settings → Manage billing in the app. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
